	What makes this design solution?
	We implemented innovative design solution for B&D messenger. It helps communications not only between the visual impaired users and other disabled community but also to the general public. 1) B&D messenger is made by adopting a moving Braille system. Users do not need to move their fingers to read the Braille sentence. In order to move the Braille, six mini solenoids were attached and user also can adjust its moving speed. 2) DIY kit allows the device to be more sustainable and affordable. Its recycled cover paper could be easily replaced and other electronic parts also can also be easily found in the market. As for the operating system, all of the codes will be provided at the website. It will create an opportunity for other people to help to make this project bigger and better. 3) B&D messenger can also be used as an educational device for learning Braille, both for people with visual impairments and for general user who wants to learn it for any other reason. The 6 buttons Braille device will be translated into speech and vice versa, which will help user to have more understanding of the Braille system faster compared to the traditional way.

	1. Write Text by Keypad 2. Text is translated into SMS text and sent via Internet to Blind Messenger or general Cellphone. 3. When a text data has been received,this data can be translated into letters on the LCD panel.
